- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet, melt a bit of butter or oil over medium heat, then add chopped leeks and diced chicken thighs, cooking until golden.
- Stir in heavy cream and thyme, letting it simmer for about 5 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
