Cooking Steps

- Prepare Broth: In a large pot, simmer vegetable broth along with soy sauce and additional ginger for 10 minutes.

- Cook Chicken: Fry marinated chicken on medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6 minutes per side. Allow to rest, then slice into strips.

- Cook Noodles: Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions, typically around 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

- Assemble Bowls: In serving bowls, layer the cooked ramen noodles, sliced fried chicken, and gyoza. Ladle the hot broth over everything, then top with green onions and nori strips.
