Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash, peel (if desired), and cube the Yukon Gold potatoes into uniform pieces.
- Toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Stir or flip the potatoes at the halfway mark (around 15 minutes) to ensure even browning.
- Remove the potatoes once they're perfectly crispy, allow to cool slightly, and serve topped with fresh herbs or your favorite sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak diced potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
