Preparation
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, toss peeled and deveined shrimp with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Place shrimp in air fryer basket, lightly spraying them with oil, and cook for about 6 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with warm tortillas, shredded cabbage, crispy shrimp, and bang bang sauce. Garnish with green onions.
Notes
Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice for an extra zesty touch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
