- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare the baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant and golden.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, soy sauce, dried herbs, and parmesan until smooth.
- Pour half of the sauce into the baking dish, place seasoned chicken on top, and pour remaining sauce over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Plate the chicken and drizzle with the creamy sauce; garnish with chopped parsley.
