Preparation Steps
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the eggnog, mixing well until fully blended.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Grab a rectangular dish and place half of the eclair shells at the bottom as your base.
- Pour half of the eggnog filling over the eclair shells, spreading it evenly.
- Place the remaining eclair shells on top, followed by pouring over the rest of the eggnog filling.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once chilled, drizzle with chocolate sauce, slice into portions, and enjoy!
