Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare Ingredients: Start by rinsing your baby potatoes under cool water. Chop the garlic finely.
  2. Season Chicken: Generously sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  3. Layer Ingredients: Place the seasoned chicken at the bottom of the crockpot, then add the cleaned baby potatoes around it.
  4. Make Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic until fragrant, then stir in the chicken broth and thyme. Pour this sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
