Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Start by chopping your chicken thighs, onions, carrots, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sauté the Base: Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
