- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs then whisk in the milk, orange juice, and zest.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold together.
- Fold in the fresh cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the loaf cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Whisk together the powdered sugar and juice from half an orange for the glaze and drizzle over the cooled bread.

Optional: Garnish with additional orange zest or cranberries for an elegant finish.
