Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs then whisk in the milk, orange juice, and zest.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold together.
  5. Fold in the fresh cranberries until evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the loaf cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Whisk together the powdered sugar and juice from half an orange for the glaze and drizzle over the cooled bread.
