How to Make Irresistible Cheddar-Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray your loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, and half of the buffalo sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press half of the meat mixture into the loaf pan evenly, then create a layer of shredded cheddar cheese down the center.
  4. Cover the cheese layer with the remaining meat mixture, sealing it tightly and drizzle the remaining buffalo sauce over the top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Once baked, remove the meatloaf, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
