How to Make Irresistible Cheddar-Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray your loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, and half of the buffalo sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Press half of the meat mixture into the loaf pan evenly, then create a layer of shredded cheddar cheese down the center.
- Cover the cheese layer with the remaining meat mixture, sealing it tightly and drizzle the remaining buffalo sauce over the top.
- Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Once baked, remove the meatloaf, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve warm.
