Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while preparing a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Place the turkey breast in a dish or ziplock bag and coat it with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
- Transfer the marinated turkey to the baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for about 25 minutes per pound.
- Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice against the grain and serve with sides, drizzling the cooking juices on top.
