  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed is ideal.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Cloves Minced, for depth of flavor.

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Adjust according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while preparing a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a dish or ziplock bag and coat it with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
  4. Transfer the marinated turkey to the baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for about 25 minutes per pound.
  5. Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice against the grain and serve with sides, drizzling the cooking juices on top.

Notes

Marinating overnight is recommended for enhanced flavor.
