Procedure
- Prepare the Crust by either using a pre-made graham cracker crust or create your own by combining 1 ½ cups of crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press it firmly into a pie dish.
- Mix the Filling by blending 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 1 cup of confectioners’ sugar, and ½ cup of heavy whipping cream in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Whip the Cream in a separate bowl by pouring in 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Combine Filling by gently folding half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, then fold in the rest.
- Assemble the pie by spreading the creamy peanut butter filling into the prepared crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
Notes
For optimal flavor, refrigerate overnight and use high-quality ingredients.
