  • 3 cups Beef Broth or vegetable broth for vegetarian option
  • 1 cup Milk or heavy cream for richer texture
  • 12 ounces Uncooked Pasta penne, rigatoni, or rotini recommended
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese nutritional yeast for vegan option
