How to Make
- Soak the rice in cold water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain the rice and steam it for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- In a saucepan, heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves.
- Transfer rice to a bowl, mix in half the coconut sauce.
- Layer the sticky rice and diced mango in jars, finishing with mango on top.
- Drizzle remaining coconut sauce on top and garnish, serve or chill.
Notes
For added flavor, drizzle extra coconut sauce just before serving.
