How to Make Irresistible Cinnamon Roll Fried Chicken Sandwich
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk seasoned with salt and pepper for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare the coating by whisking together flour, salt, and pepper in one bowl, and beating the eggs until frothy in another.
- Dredge the marinated chicken: coat in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with flour once more.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken for approximately 5 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Bake the cinnamon rolls according to package instructions until golden and fluffy.
- Assemble the sandwich by slicing the cinnamon rolls, placing chicken between them, and drizzling with glaze.
