Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Boil the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, about 9-11 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.
- In a large skillet, sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped mushrooms with salt and pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Mix in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and Dijon mustard until well-combined and heated through.
- Generously spoon the creamy beef mixture into each shell and arrange them in the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Allow the stuffed shells to cool slightly before handling them to prevent tearing.
