Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect gooeyness.
  2. Lightly grease an oven-safe dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, honey, and fresh rosemary.
  4. Score a crisscross pattern into the top of the Brie.
  5. Stuff the scored Brie with the cranberry-walnut mixture.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until soft and gooey.
  7. Remove from oven and serve with sliced baguette or crackers.

Notes
