Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect gooeyness.
- Lightly grease an oven-safe dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, honey, and fresh rosemary.
- Score a crisscross pattern into the top of the Brie.
- Stuff the scored Brie with the cranberry-walnut mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until soft and gooey.
- Remove from oven and serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
Notes
Allow stuffed Brie to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking for better meltiness.
