How to Make Cranberry Bliss Bars Copycat
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch pan by greasing it with non-stick spray and lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until golden brown, then set aside to cool slightly.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and table salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the melted butter with light brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and orange zest; whisk until fully combined.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently, then add the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool the baked bars on a wire rack.
- Beat together the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and orange juice until smooth; frost the cooled bars.
