Method

Instructions
  1. Prepare Ingredients: Start by gathering your garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, chopping and measuring everything to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes each side until golden brown. Set aside to rest.
  3. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sautéing for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream, scraping up any flavorful bits stuck to the pan.
  4. Add Spinach & Cheese: Stir in fresh spinach and let it wilt. Add grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until it melts.
  5. Combine Everything: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and combine with the sauce in your skillet. Slice the chicken on top.
  6. Serve: Plate your pasta, garnishing with extra Parmesan or a drizzle of olive oil.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper for an added flavor kick.
