- Prepare Ingredients: Start by gathering your garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, chopping and measuring everything to ensure a smooth cooking process.
- Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes each side until golden brown. Set aside to rest.
