How to Make Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
- In a small bowl, blend softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smooth and creamy.
- Generously spread the garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet, and evenly divide the shredded cheese on top.
- Lay the remaining bread slices on top, butter-side up, and gently press down.
- Heat the skillet over low heat and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the sandwiches and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
- Once crispy, remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve immediately.
Notes
Optional: Serve with a side of tomato soup for a comforting combination.
