How to Make Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
  1. In a small bowl, blend softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smooth and creamy.
  2. Generously spread the garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place two slices of bread butter-side down in a skillet, and evenly divide the shredded cheese on top.
  4. Lay the remaining bread slices on top, butter-side up, and gently press down.
  5. Heat the skillet over low heat and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Carefully flip the sandwiches and cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
  7. Once crispy, remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve immediately.
