How to Make Hearty Delicious Vegetable Soup
- Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant and softened, about 2 minutes.
