Method

How to Make Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
  1. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smooth.
  2. Generously spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place two slices, butter-side down, on a skillet. Sprinkle half the shredded cheese evenly over each slice.
  4. Add the remaining bread slices on top, butter-side up, forming the sandwiches.
  5. Heat a skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for about 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Carefully flip the sandwiches and cook them for an additional 4–5 minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. Remove from heat, slice, and serve immediately while hot and gooey.

Notes

Pair with a bowl of tomato soup for a comforting combo.
