How to Make Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley until smooth.
- Generously spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
- Place two slices, butter-side down, on a skillet. Sprinkle half the shredded cheese evenly over each slice.
- Add the remaining bread slices on top, butter-side up, forming the sandwiches.
- Heat a skillet over low heat and cook the sandwiches for about 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
- Carefully flip the sandwiches and cook them for an additional 4–5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve immediately while hot and gooey.
Notes
Pair with a bowl of tomato soup for a comforting combo.
