Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently wash, peel, and slice the orange, strawberries, and kiwis into thin, even pieces.
  3. Take one slice of crustless bread, spread a layer of whipped cream, arrange mixed fruits in the center, add another layer of cream, and top with another slice.
  4. Trim edges of each sandwich for a clean look.
