How to Make Baked Feta Herb Flatbreads
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Gradually pour in the warm water, Greek yogurt, and olive oil. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough for 6-8 minutes until it feels smooth and elastic.
- Gently fold in the crumbled feta, chopped fresh parsley, dill or oregano, and minced garlic.
- Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and place in a warm area. Allow it to rise for 45-60 minutes.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into thin circles.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place each flatbread in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- After cooking, brush each flatbread with melted garlic butter for added richness.
Notes
