How to Make 10-Minute Mushroom Spinach Scrambled Eggs
  1. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add butter or olive oil. Sauté the sliced mushrooms for about 3–4 minutes until they’re golden brown and fragrant.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then add in the fresh spinach. Continue sautéing for around 1 minute, until wilted.
  3. Lower the heat to medium-low. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture into the skillet, gently stirring.
  4. If using cheese, sprinkle it over the eggs and gently fold until melted. Serve immediately.
