Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat chicken breasts with olive oil, then add minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- On a baking sheet, spread the seasoned chicken and baby carrots in a single layer.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the carrots are fork-tender.
- Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Optional: add lemon juice before serving.
