For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Swap with tamari for gluten-free or coconut aminos for soy-free.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Maple syrup can be used as a vegan alternative.
For Technique
  • 2 cloves Garlic Use fresh for best results.

Preparation
  1. Start by chopping your broccoli into bite-sized florets and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and once hot, cook the seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic along with the broccoli florets into the skillet. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and honey. Pour over the chicken and broccoli; simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Plate the dish or serve it straight from the skillet, drizzling with any remaining sauce.
