Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel and cube the butternut squash, carefully removing the seeds. Aim for uniform cubes, about 1-inch in size.
- Toss together the squash pieces in a large bowl with olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until well coated.
- Spread out the seasoned squash on the lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in your preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
