Method
 

Making Greek Nachos Pita Chips
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures your pita chips will be perfectly crispy!
  2. Cut your pita bread into triangle shapes, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and bake for about 10 minutes, or until they're golden brown and crispy.
  3. While the pita chips are baking, dice your cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and black olives. Toss them together in a bowl with crumbled feta for a fresh medley.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the tzatziki sauce with dried oregano and optional minced garlic.
  5. Once your pita chips are ready, layer them on a platter and generously top with the mixed vegetables.
  6. Drizzle your creamy tzatziki sauce over the top and add a sprinkle of extra feta and olives.
