Making Greek Nachos Pita Chips
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures your pita chips will be perfectly crispy!
- Cut your pita bread into triangle shapes, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and bake for about 10 minutes, or until they're golden brown and crispy.
- While the pita chips are baking, dice your cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and black olives. Toss them together in a bowl with crumbled feta for a fresh medley.
- In a separate bowl, mix the tzatziki sauce with dried oregano and optional minced garlic.
- Once your pita chips are ready, layer them on a platter and generously top with the mixed vegetables.
- Drizzle your creamy tzatziki sauce over the top and add a sprinkle of extra feta and olives.
- These nachos are best served warm, so dig in right away!
Notes
Optional: Serve with a refreshing mint garnish for an extra pop of flavor.
