How to Make Delicious French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the large flour tortillas flat on a clean surface and distribute the roast beef and shredded cheese evenly on each tortilla, leaving about a 1-inch edge.
  3. Carefully roll each tortilla from the bottom up, folding the sides in to securely lock in the fillings.
  4. Brush the rolled tortillas generously with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
  5. Place the seam-side down roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden-brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasonings in a saucepan; simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  7. Allow the roll-ups to cool slightly before slicing them into bite-sized pieces. Serve warm with the au jus for dipping.
