How to Make Delicious French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the large flour tortillas flat on a clean surface and distribute the roast beef and shredded cheese evenly on each tortilla, leaving about a 1-inch edge.
- Carefully roll each tortilla from the bottom up, folding the sides in to securely lock in the fillings.
- Brush the rolled tortillas generously with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley.
- Place the seam-side down roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden-brown and cheese is melted.
- Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasonings in a saucepan; simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Allow the roll-ups to cool slightly before slicing them into bite-sized pieces. Serve warm with the au jus for dipping.
Notes
Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley for color.
