Preparation Steps
  1. Marinate 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least one hour or overnight.

  4. Pour about two inches of cooking oil into a deep skillet and heat it to 350°F (175°C).

  6. Transfer the fried chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil and serve hot.
