How to Make
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice the head of cauliflower into even, bite-sized florets.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread the seasoned florets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Once roasted, remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly and drizzle with lemon juice or extra olive oil.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
Notes
For even crispiness, ensure all florets are cut to similar sizes and do not skip on the seasoning.
