How to Make High-Protein Chicken Ranch Quesadilla
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread the shredded chicken mixed with Greek yogurt and dried herbs over one half of the tortilla.
- Generously sprinkle cheese over the chicken.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and cut into triangles. Serve warm.
Notes
Optional: Serve with Greek yogurt mixed with lime juice for a zesty dip.
