Preparation
- Press and Prepare Tofu: Start by pressing the tofu between paper towels for about 30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Cut and Coat Tofu: Slice the pressed tofu into half-inch slabs and coat in flour, then egg, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry Until Golden: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the breaded tofu slabs for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

- Make Curry Sauce: In another pan, sauté sliced onions until translucent, add minced garlic and curry powder, then stir in coconut milk and vegetable broth.
- Combine and Simmer: Add the fried tofu into the curry sauce and let it soak for about 5 minutes.
- Serve It Up: Serve over rice or quinoa with additional curry sauce drizzled on top.
