How to Make Crispy Baked Cottage Cheese Balls
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare your air fryer at 370°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine well-drained cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is smooth and cohesive.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and gently shape them into bite-sized mounds. Place these mounds on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bites cool for about 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
Brush tops with olive oil before baking for enhanced flavor and crunch. These are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
