For the Lemon Aioli
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Avocado mayo is a healthy alternative

How to Make Crispy Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the artichoke hearts by draining and patting them dry.
  3. Coat artichoke hearts in olive oil.
  4. Mix the coating ingredients in another bowl.
  5. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl until frothy.
  6. Dunk each artichoke heart into the egg mixture, then roll them in the coating mixture.
  7. Arrange the coated artichoke hearts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Serve immediately with lemon aioli.
