How to Make Crispy Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the artichoke hearts by draining and patting them dry.
- Coat artichoke hearts in olive oil.
- Mix the coating ingredients in another bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl until frothy.
- Dunk each artichoke heart into the egg mixture, then roll them in the coating mixture.
- Arrange the coated artichoke hearts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve immediately with lemon aioli.
