  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with half-and-half or coconut cream

  • 1 pound Gnocchi Frozen is recommended
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 medium Carrots Diced
  • 2 stalks Celery Diced
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme Dried or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary Dried or fresh

Cooking Instructions
  1. Sauté diced chicken in a large pot over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic, diced carrots, and celery; stir and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and make sure to scrape the bottom of the pot for any flavorful bits; let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix in the gnocchi and fresh spinach; simmer until the gnocchi float to the top, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  5. Incorporate heavy cream, thyme, and rosemary; simmer gently for 3-5 minutes until you achieve a creamy consistency.
