How to Make Cozy Healthy Chicken Soup
- Begin by chopping carrots, celery, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Mince at least three garlic cloves.
- In a large pot, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent, about 5 minutes. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Stir in the chopped carrots and celery, letting them soften for around 5 minutes.
